- If the payment has been made and approved until 14:00 on weekdays and Saturdays: Same day,
- Orders placed at or after 14:00 will be processed the next day.
- Orders received after 14:00 on Saturday, It will be processed on Monday.
- Your orders that arrive on Sunday and whose payment is confirmed will be processed on Monday.
Our shipping policy for Digitally Printed carpets (except Enti Anka model) and carpets purchased with Custom Size service
- Depending on the model and size chosen, the delivery stage of the carpet may take up to a week.

- Purchased with Custom Size service that is not Digital Printing The delivery time of a carpet to cargo is two business days unless otherwise stated.
